Heather Locklear was seen driving erratically as she left a parking lot, and a California Highway Patrol officer later found her car parked on a highway and blocking a traffic lane. The former Melrose Place actress was arrested Saturday night and booked on suspicion of driving while impaired.

Locklear was released without having to post bail. According to police, alcohol was not involved, but they are conducting tests to determine if Locklear was under the influence of drugs.

The actress' ex, Richie Sambora, was charged with DUI back in March, his daughter Ava was in the car when he was stopped and Sambora pleaded no contest.

Now that both her parents have been busted, what's to become of Ava?
