Britney Doesn't Want to Play!
I've left poor Britney alone of late, it seemed to me that she was tragic rather than dumb - then I read something like this!
Britney's lawyer wants the judge to stop the trial concerning the incident last August when the singer crashed into the back of a car in California while she was driving on a Louisiana license.
According to her lawyer, Britney is "unable to participate meaningfully in her defense" - an argument based on the fact that she is still under conservatorship. Given that the conservatorship is scheduled to end next month, this seems to be rather short-sighted on the lawyer's part! Especially given that Brit is planning a new tour.
